The Director

Ayomide Sofoluwe as the Director, leads the management at Olives’ NEST. Although a trained architect (B.Sc & M.Sc. Architecture) but driven by a strong passion to positively impact children, she has since 2003 gained experience in classroom teaching, school administration and human resource management amongst many other child-related projects and also obtained a diploma in Montessori Education.
Guided by firm and healthy personal principles and work ethics; she is a diligent, hardworking, versatile and committed team player with remarkable leadership qualities. She upholds integrity and dignity as her watchword and possesses the relevant skills and enthusiasm.
She is supported by a team of staff that are continually trained, equally passionate and committed to the total wellbeing of children.
